HandyCandor wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use handycandor.com, learn about our services, and reach us easily. We are working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
Our current status

handycandor.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That means most of the Site meets the standard, and we are still fixing some parts that do not yet.
What we've done

Labeled links and buttons so screen readers can describe them

Reviewed the Site with accessibility checking tools, including Google Lighthouse, and are fixing remaining issues
Known limitations

Some content comes from third parties and may not be fully accessible, including embedded Google Maps, videos, review widgets, social media feeds, and the Better Business Bureau seal. Some older blog posts and photos may not yet have complete descriptions. We are working through these and will update this statement as we improve.
Technology
The Site relies on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It is designed to work with current versions of major web browsers and common assistive technologies, such as screen readers and screen magnifiers.
